The person using a Haunted Hayride and Haunted House Pass assumes all risk of personal injury and loss or damage to property. Persons with physical, mental or emotional conditions that may be affected by standing, walking on uneven surfaces, climbing stairs and hills, strobe lights, and sudden fright where holder is to be seated or directed and reserves the right to revoke the license granted by tickets. IF YOU ARE ASTHMATIC PLEASE BE CERTAIN TO BRING YOUR INHALER AS A PRECAUTION! The Valley Of Fear uses Fog and even Fire effects that may irritate asthmatic symptoms!

WARNING: Be aware that We use fog and strobe lighting in our show for those with asthma or epileptic illnesses.

In addition:

No alcohol permitted on the property

Please leave all metal objects in your vehicle. There is a security check at entry to attractions and prohibited objects will be required to be returned to your car or confiscates before entry is permitted. Proper shoes are necessary, no flip flops, sandals, high heals or other footwear that would be unsafe especially on uneven ground. Please wear appropriate clothing; you will be in the woods, so expect some dirt and grime. You will be walking on uneven ground. If you feel that you cannot do this safely, do so at your own risk

Further, I will read and understand the safety rules posted at the ticket windows. I agree that management at its sole discretion may confiscate my ticket without refund for any violation. I voluntarily assume the risk of injury while going to and from, and being in and on, the haunted hayride, haunted maze, haunted walks and any adjoining activities. My acceptance of a ticket constitutes a contract which is binding on me and as a guardian for any (minor) child(res) accompanying me. I hereby waive any and all claims against the officers, directors, and employees of Haunted Hayrides of Delaware Valley, Inc and the Phoenix Sport Club arising out of going to and from, and being in and on, the haunted hayride, haunted houses, haunted walks and any adjoining activities by myself and said minors other than claims against their particular release caused by their willful misconduct.

This agreement is governed by Pennsylvania law and Pennsylvania is the sole jurisdiction and venue for any court proceedings relating to my ticket.

The 2024 Season! 

The Valley of Fear in 2024 will be running from 7pm to 10pm nightly, SEPT. 27-29; Oct. 4-6 , Oct. 10 - 13; OCT 17 - 20; Oct. 24-27; Oct. 29-30; Nov. 1-2
